We want you to love your gear. If you aren't satisfied, we offer a 30-day trial period for all shoes, even if you've worn them out in the wild.

Return Process

  Initiate Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Place your items back in their original packaging. We encourage using the original shipping box to reduce waste.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label and secure it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed once the return is received.
