Are Allbirds shoes machine washable?
Yes! Most of our shoes can be washed on a gentle cycle. Simply remove the laces and insoles, place the shoes in a delicates bag, and use cold water with a mild detergent.
What materials do you use in your products?
We prioritize natural, sustainable materials including FSC-certified Tencel™ Lyocell (Eucalyptus tree fiber), ZQ Merino wool, and SweetFoam® made from sugarcane.
Do I need to wear socks with my Allbirds?
That is entirely up to you! Our Merino wool and Eucalyptus fibers are moisture-wicking and odor-resistant, making them comfortable for sockless wear.
How do I find the right size?
Most of our shoes come in whole sizes. If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for most styles, though specific fit notes are available on each product page.
Are your products carbon neutral?
Yes, we are a 100% carbon-neutral business. We balance our emissions by funding high-impact carbon offset projects.
Do you offer half sizes?
Currently, most of our styles are available in whole sizes only. Our flexible materials often accommodate a range of foot shapes comfortably.
